Co-founder 2022 — Present

Growth and go-to-market agency helping Web3 projects expand into Brazil and LATAM. Led a cross-functional team of 12 contributors, delivering growth strategies for leading protocols including Ethereum, Ripple, Wormhole, Monad, and more.

Coca-Cola

Analytics Engineer 2023 — 2025

Owned end-to-end data operations across analytics, data science, and data engineering within HR. Shipped HR data products used by 1,200+ leaders, including the company's primary hierarchy tool and an app for executives to track and manage their stock-based compensation. Built predictive machine learning models for turnover and workforce planning, and automated key processes at scale, significantly reducing manual effort.
